Hi everyone! My name is Audrey, I am quirky, talkative, and never meet a stranger. I am a native of South Carolina. I grew up right outside of Columbia and moved to North Myrtle Beach just over two years ago to marry my high school sweetheart. In my free time I binge watch hallmark movies, practice yoga, fish with my husband and spend plenty of time at the beach! I am a knowledgeable mental health professional with 5+ years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of residential, inpatient and outpatient settings. I have my BS in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Charleston Southern University and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I am in process as a Certified Addictions Counselor and am currently licensed as a Licensed Practicing Counselor intern under the supervision of Thommi Odom Lawson. I love working with women who are caught in the struggle of life’s hurts, habits, and hangups. I believe in a biopsychosocial approach to my counseling services which means I treat the whole person. In knowing that every person walks their own unique path, my counseling style is eclectic to meet the needs of every person that walks into my office. I am well versed in counseling techniques as well as treatment approaches as they relate to addiction and co-occurring disorders, anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, codependency and women’s issues. Do you want to find joy in your life? Do you want to develop the skills necessary to feel happy, healthy and confident in yourself? Then schedule an appointment and I can help you get there!
